This service is intended to facilitate the purchase of various articles of apparel from participating North American change ringing groups. This page provides links to as many of the available tower or guild logos as possible, complete with available articles, colors, sizes and other details. The ordering pages may also include estimate of purchase price and shipping charges, number of items currently on order and possible waiting times. An order placed through these links is sent to the Apparel Coordinator, who then consolidates the orders for the convenience of the various towers or guilds. Please be aware that while the Apparel Service will do its best to put buyer and seller together, the ordering is usually done by the towers or guilds themselves.
Requests for logo'd apparel may be made at any time, but they will typically be serviced only once per year. Exceptions may occur if a particular tower decides to have a new batch of some item(s) produced and it may be convenient to include requests from other towers or individuals in the same batch. It should be understood that nearly all items require a minimum number of items ordered to avoid additional upcharges, and that prospective buyers may have to wait until a sufficient number of requests accrue.
Since the best time to see the widest array of ringing apparel is probably the AGM, the requests for each item will be reviewed two weeks after the AGM each year to determine which items are in sufficient demand to justify a new production run. Participating towers will then verify current costs for each item and prospective purchasers will be notified no later than the end of September. Purchasers must then send the purchase price for the items to the tower or guild, plus any necessary handling or postage charges to arrive no later than October 15th. Once payment has been received, the items will be ordered for delivery no later than Thanksgiving.
Please remember that Apparel Coordinator is a voluntary position. Sooner or later, someone will order a Toronto sweatshirt and will receive a Houston totebag. We'll do everything we can to help put it right, but ultimately the arrangement, as it always has been, is between tower/guild and buyer.

We hope that most, if not all, towers will be willing to participate in the apparel program. This may be an opportunity to achieve minimum orders for various items which you may not otherwise be able to. If you are willing to participate but have no one with time to organize the ordering of available apparel, please contact the with your manufacturer's contacts, logo id #'s etc. It may be possible to organize the ordering of items independently.
